JCDecaux’s 240 sheet on Ranelagh Road was the platform for one of the largest live graffiti installations on an out of home media site in Ireland to launch the 21st century next generation Volkswagen Beetle.

The campaign, planned by Mediacom, Owens DDB and Kinetic, was carried out by renowned graffiti artist Maser, and interprets the life of the iconic Volkswagen Beetle from its original design in the 1930’s up to the current model, linking the emotional heritage of the original Volkswagen to the future of the brand.

The 240 sheet in Ranelagh is one of only a handful of sites in Ireland that have the potential for such a creative execution. Over a 2 week period, it will reach 1.26m audience contacts.
