The latest CSO ‘Census 2011’ data released shows great insight into where the people of Ireland are living. Whether urban or rural, we’ve got poster locations that will reach them.

The CSO have highlighted some of these interesting facts:

CSO FACT: Saggart in Dublin is the fastest growing town in the state, up 150% since 2006

JCDECAUX FACT: Saggart is the final stop on the Luas Red Line extension and travels from this residential hub right into the heart of the city.

CSO FACT: Leitrim is the most rural county in Ireland with almost 90% of the population living in a rural setting

JCDECAUX FACT: JCDecaux has 85% of all 48 sheets in Leitrim, which is 58% of all panels in the county.

CSO FACT: Drogheda is the largest town in the state based on population, followed by Dundalk and Swords.

JCDECAUX FACT: JCDecaux has 46% of all 48 sheets in Louth delivering on average 59,000 audience contacts per week.

The next CSO Census 2011 release is expected this week. ‘Older and Younger’ is the second profile to be released which will look at the age profile of Ireland. More information can be found on the CSO website: www.cso.ie
