Luas commuters saw a splash of colour this week at stations where Britvic Ireland celebrated the launch of new Juicy Drench. Juicy Drench, a refreshing juice drink, was well received by Luas commuters, who came in their droves in search of ‘that juicy feeling’ in the recent short spell of hot weather.

Throughout the month of August, Juicy Drench is delighted to be carrying out an extensive sampling campaign targeting Dublin commuters. The samples were distributed from an RPA approved custom built box positioned at 5 different locations during weekday afternoons, including Connolly station, Heuston station, Red Cow on the Red line and Stillorgan and Balally on the Green line.

Overall there were 60,000 free samples given out via the Juicy Drench sampling squad. The team were present at high footfall Luas platforms and train stations as well as key motor routes throughout the city where they handed out Juicy Drench samples to Dublin commuters during busy periods.

Caroline Hyde of Britvic Ireland added, ‘this campaign will be supported with an extensive commuter advertising campaign, including out of home as well as location based texting targeting O2 customers. The Juicy Drench Squad is inviting customers to enter an exciting competition to win a festival holiday to a European destination of their choice via promotional iPads on location or online at www.winwithjuicydrench.com .’

Juicy Drench is available in store throughout Ireland and comes in three delicious flavours; Orange and Passionfruit, Cranberry and Raspberry as well as Blackcurrant and Apple.

The Juicy drench campaign ran on Metropanels, Luas straplines & portrait panels and Luas columns throughout cycle 17. The product distribution was co-ordinated by Mixtape Marketing, and booked through Mindshare, PML and JCDecaux Ireland for Britvic Ireland.
