Lucozade are currently running an interactive twitter campaign on Transvision screens in Connolly, Heuston, Pearse St and Busáras train stations between 7-9am and 5-7pm.
The campaign asks daily questions such as ‘Jet Packing is our favourite way to get around, what’s yours?’ or ‘How will Lucozade energy help fuel your day?’ and encourages commuters to follow @lucozadeireland and respond to the questions on twitter using the “#glucosepowered” hash tag. The tweets are uploaded to the transvision screens so commuters can see their answers in real time.
This is the first time Transvision screens have been used for a day-part interactive campaign. Recent research from Sky Ireland showed that 81.8% of commuters use their smartphone while on the bus, Luas or train, proving that Out of Home and Online are perfect media partners. Clever use of outdoor innovation can add an extra dimension to a campaign and digital screens are particularly suited for interactivity, meaning more meaningful connections between a brand and their audience.
The Lucozade interactive campaign was planned by Carat Media and Lucidity in conjunction with Poster Management Ltd.
