JCDecaux Innovate is consistently pushing the boundaries of advertising in OOH Media. In conjunction with outdoor specialists PML and Source out of home, and working with Eclipse Media and Mixtape Marketing, we have created a range of diverse and exciting designs. Here are some of our most popular innovate formats from some of our clients so far in 2012.
Special Build Innovation: 2D or 3D custom designed cut-out used to highlight product design/replica and add impact to a large format multi-board campaign.
Featured: BMW, Pepsi, Bulmers, AIB, Denny and Paramount Pictures have all used special builds recently to create some magnificent 3D displays.
Special Lighting: Lighting effects are used to highlight specific areas of the board, define shapes and create the illusion of movement on the poster.
Featured: Nestle advertised their Gold Blend Coffee by celebrating the most romantic day of the year with a spectacular heart-shaped lighting display. Each bulb was timed to illuminate in sequence creating a ripple lighting effect. Budweiser ran their cold cathode* lighting special in all major Irish cities during two cycles. *cold cathode is a tubular lighting system that works by passing an electric current through a gas or vapor, much like neon lighting
Product Distribution
Featured: Belvita recently distributed their delicious breakfast bars to early morning Luas commuters at selected stations on both Luas lines. This innovate campaign featured a heavily branded portable distribution box and was a huge success throughout the city.
Northern Ireland
Featured: BT Infinity recently featured a 3D special build on our Ormeau Rd premier site in the heart of Belfast city. The custom designed 3D heart shaped cut out, effectively highlighted their broadband 'Free Trial period'.
