The roll out of JCDecaux Ireland’s much anticipated Première network is now underway. In phase 1, key sites in Dublin on the busiest routes have been converted to premium back-lit sites of the highest quality. Campaigns are now visible at Annesley Bridge (96 sheet), Leinster Avenue, Dolphin’s Barn and Ranelagh Road in Dublin.

Commenting on the launch, Tony O’Flanagan, Marketing Director – JCDecaux Ireland, said “upgrading the most outstanding of our prismatic billboard locations to Première sites is an excellent fit for our ‘quality not quantity’ billboard strategy. Introducing Première to the market is a significant investment for JCDecaux and now that they are in-situ we are delighted with the results. We are committed to providing premium products in the best locations to deliver maximum impact for our clients and to ensure that large format out of home remains a very relevant choice for advertisers in the years ahead”.

The Première network will initially include key locations in Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Limerick, Belfast and Derry with more locations to follow. All sites are on main arterial routes at hand-picked locations with heavy traffic flow. On completion of phase 1 there will be 1 x 96 sheet and 7 x 48 sheets in Dublin, 3 x 48 sheets in Cork, 2 x 48 sheets in Limerick, 1 x 48 sheet in Waterford, 3 x 96 sheets and 2 x 48 sheets in Belfast and 2 x 48 sheets in Derry.
